While in South Dakota, we stayed in a small town called "Deadwood", which is actually my parent's favorite town in that area. We stayed at the Deadwood KOA, which was great because we had our own little campsite, showers, hot tub, shuttle service and laundry facilities. One of the pictures posted is our campsite in the background with our freshly laundered clothes hanging on the split-rail fence. We spent some time in downtown Deadwood... went out to eat at Kevin Costner's restaurant, the "Midnight Star" and gambled a little at the Franklin Hotel. We made it out of there, winning $10!
