Micah and I met some of his old Palmer friends, Carson and Natalie Muth in Grand Forks, ND. They just opened their chiropractic clinic a year ago, so we got to learn some great pointers from them. They also had their first child, Ella about 6 months ago - she was so much fun to play with!! We stayed in Grand Forks for a night and then went to their cabin in Minnesota, which unfortunately we woke up to at least 3 inches of water on the basement floor. So, Micah and Carson had to shop vac all the water out - they ended up getting rid of 90 gallons of water!! Even with all that craziness in the morning, we made the best of our day and went boating to relax in the sun. "I'm on a boat!"
